I actually meant buyer. That was a typo. Fixed that. I'm not saying I want the seller to receive the money (because we all know PayPal won't let that happen) but the buyer does deserves to lose his money for his own stupidity.
If you go on the buyers eBay profile and look at his previous bids.. they're almost all on phones. Seems a bit fishy to me...

I don't run script to enable it, i am enabling it manually from the preference pane in system preferences. It is because my dual G4 is always on and I don't have to turn it off. It is running as a server of my media files and my work station as well.

Sounds awesome, but I'll still stick with Camino until Safari speeds up a bit and is more stable. Those were my only two issues.

I suggest buying a mac pro with 16gb ram that way you can use safari:eek:
jokes aside, I use it on my g4 mini and its fine, I'm sure camino is faster but I guess I got used to safari's feel

It is seeming more and more likely that enhanced interrogation techniques (a.k.a. torture), provided information that allowed the U.S. to kill O.B.L.....

So that rally call may not be a good idea.
Being a mod doesn't mean I can't still have a sense of humor, which is all I saw that as. No one's going to have a "battle of the 'tars", I'm just messin', which I'm still allowed to do from time to time you know...

How do I embed a music radio file into my blog? Ive tried using <embed src=http://homepage.mac.com/daines88/.Public/play.pls autostart="true" loop="true"
but it just downloads the file to the desktop i want it to play with in the browser window.

Let's kick this month off right with some excellent October desktops.
As per before, ground rules apply.
Monthly Desktops Guidelines:
� For large images use [timg] rather than [img]
� Use attachments when necessary so images don't disappear when they are removed from their source
� When possible, include links to the full-sized original so others can download them. If you don't want to share, state that in your posts so others don't continue to ask for links.
� When quoting a post with images, remove the images to reduce clutter

Yea the last one was ridiculous, and crazy overpriced for what it was -the 4cyl was quoted around $30,000 and didn't have automatic *anything*, the seats felt like park benches, and it didn't have any of the nice interior features the 6cyl that cost 35+ did.
It had cool trunk hinges and tail lights, though. And that 2.0T is a neat engine (I'm sad they are launching the 2011 with a 2.5.. wtf?!)

I was playing around with my CategoriesSB background graphic and had the idea of the graphic being a finder window with the correct folder name and graphic.

Something that has occoured to me, is there is a missing feature on this forum. It's a feature that I have only ever seen on GameFAQs, but have never seen anywhere else.
The marking system. Basically, each post has a button on it, that when you click it, you go to a page where you can "mark" a message, You can mark it for spamming, flaming, etc... There is a variety of options. Anyway, once you have marked it, it goes into a todo list for the mods. They can then review this message, and remove it or change it.
Basically, it allows people to easily inform the mods if there is a bad post. Currently, you have to PM the mods. This makes it easier. Oh, and if you abuse the system, you get punished.
Anouther feature from GameFAQs, is the Karma system, which ties in with the mod system. Basically, when you get moderated, you loose Karma. And you gain one Karma per day, as long as you have at least one active post.
I suppose I've only seen these features at GameFAQs, because it is the scurge of all earth. And I love it.
MacRumors in the most friendly fourm on the internet, but GameFAQs has a wide variety of topics. It's the birthplace of many interesting things. Like the unholy trinity... Don't ask.

I am having a question about the shake event. I have developed an application which starts a count-up timer when the shake event begins and stops the timer when the shake event ends. My question is when we try shaking two iPhones catching them in one hand, do both generate the same timer value?

...I agree, but it's always good to keep corporations honest. Google, on the other hand, does try and get you to use their webmail precisely so that they can access it.
