I understand that you can draw circles, lines etc with the Graphics class but can you draw straight onto a panel with the stylus? As in I drag the stylus across the panel and a line appears?

Thank you so much for your response. Need a litle clarification on I-824. Can I file I-824 before my I-485 gets approved? If so, how can i request alternate chargeability to my spouse's country with out her I-485?
If not what is the best way to claim alterate chargeability to my Spouse country of birth. Gues I have to bring bring my family on H4 and submit I-485 in US or switch to consular processsing. Is there any other possible way other than these 2 procedures?

Hi,
A couple of questions on the simaltaneous filing of I-140 and I-485
1) I had read somewhere that USCIS was going to stop the same. Has that happened yet?
2) Say a person has applied for the I-140 but cannot simaltaneously apply for 485 due to retrogression. In the event that the dates become current BUT the I-140 is not yet approved, can the person still file for the 485 under the simultaneous filing or does he have to wait till the I-140 is actually approved?

Hello
I have received so many different responses regarding the shots required for over 65s. Our local health department, the INS Doctor and the INS all seem to be providing different information, I'm hoping someone can clarify.
The civil surgeon provided us with a list of shots, basically it contained all the shots including those that I thought were just for children. We went to a public health nurse today who gave us TDP and Varicella shots. Are the MMR, flu and pneumococcal shots required by the INS?
The INS approved Doctor wanted $600 per person for all of the shots. The exam and blood test were $120. We've decided to go to a private Doctor and the local health department for the shots instead of paying the $600. I'm hoping someone can clarify what is needed so that we avoid paying for shots that are not needed.

To be honest, none of the immigrationvoice members are over 65 years or know someone who is processing the green card through employment based category. Try googling.... thats the best bet.

In an order, the Home Ministry nullified a Labour Ministry circular which allows one per cent foreigners among the total work force in any project with a minimum of five and maximum of 20 people. "An employment visa is granted to a foreigner if the applicant is a highly skilled and/or qualified professional, who is being engaged or appointed by a company/organisation/ industry/undertaking in India on contract or employment basis," according to the Home Ministry guidelines. Besides, the ministry made it clear that employment visa shall not be granted for jobs for which qualified Indian are available and also for routine, ordinary or secretarial/ clerical jobs. "The foreign national being sponsored for an employment visa in any sector should draw a salary in excess of USD 25,000 per annum," it says. However, this condition of annual floor limit on income will not apply to ethnic cooks, language teachers (other than English), staff working for the Embassy/High Commission concerned in India. The Labour Ministry had ordered that visa applications could be cleared by the Indian missions abroad at their level if the foreign national is skilled and qualified professional, technical experts, senior executives or in managerial positions and those kinds of skills which are not available in India.

I am looking to switch employers. Although the job descriptions are pretty similar ( C coding, design, protocols etc.), my PERM was filed for Computer Software Engineer-Applications whereas the new one falls under Computer Software Engineer, Systems Software. Is this a risk during I-485 adjudication. Also my new salary is 50% higher than my original PERM salary (It has been almost 4 years since my original PERM).
